Diagnosis And Treatment Plan
Much of the treatment offered at ABC orthodontics is required to ensure correct function and optimal oral health.
You may be referred to our practice from your general dentist, you may have spoken to one of our many delighted patients, or perhaps you have decided that you'd like to investigate if orthodontics is beneficial for your situation. No matter how you are introduced to our practice you can be assured of our commitment to your care.
Your initial visit to our practice will be scheduled with enough time for us to take records that will allow us to formulate a treatment plan and an estimate. These diagnostic records will include:
- Study models of your teeth
- OPG and Cephalometric radiographs
- Oral and facial photographs
Following your initial visit we will ask you to return approximately 1-2 weeks later so that we can provide you with your treatment options along with your treatment estimates. Most importantly we will carefully explain in detail, the treatment stages, what to expect during the course of your treatment and the planned outcome.
A Payment Plan can be arranged and appointments can be scheduled should you wish to proceed with treatment immediately.
It is important to note that a serious commitment should be made before undertaking orthodontic treatment. This comes from understanding each stage and realising the necessity of the treatment recommended.
